Frequently Asked Questions

What days do you deliver?

All perishable goods will be dispatched from Monday-Thursday. The available delivery days are Tuesday-Friday and can be selected from the calendar.

Sunday & Monday delivery is currently not available.

 

Do you deliver all over the UK?

We provide delivery across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, without any additional charges

Do you deliver Internationally?

No. We take the quality and safety of our products seriously, and shipping perishable items overseas may compromise the freshness and quality of the products upon arrival. Therefore, we have made the decision to limit our deliveries to the UK only.

How Quickly Can I get My order?

You can choose a delivery date up to 6 months in advance. If you need next day delivery, the order will need to be placed before 9am.

IMPORTANT - It is possible to choose a specific delivery date at checkout. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery service, sometimes couriers will experience delays which are out of our control.

 

Do the gifts contain allergens?

Yes, they contain eggs, milk, gluten, wheat and sulphites which are marked on the packaging. We do not recommend these products for those with nut allergies.
 

Do you do gluten free options?

No, we do not offer gluten free products.

Are the gifts suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, they are vegetarian

Does somebody need to be present to accept the delivery?

No, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a card with instructions.

 

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes, so long as the gift has not already been dispatched (the day before the delivery date), then we can alter the delivery date. Please email with all the order details and order number, do not phone or leave voice messages as no changes will be made unless in writing by email. Once the amendment is made, we will confirm this back to you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, provided the gift has not already been dispatched, then you can cancel your order with a full refund by forwarding the ‘thanks for shopping with us’ confirmation email to lynne@daffodilfoods.co.uk and a refund will be put back on your card. It is not possible to cancel over the phone. It must be in writing with the confirmation email that has the order number.

Can I order several orders for different addresses?

If you want a number of items to go to one address, then this can be completed as one order. If you need one item to go to a number of different addresses then each one needs to be a separate order. If it is easier you can email lynne@daffodilfoods.co.uk and we can provide you with our bulk spreadsheet so that you can enter all the delivery information in to one spreadsheet and receive just one invoice, as we do with corporate orders. Alternatively orders can be taken over the phone, but to do this please email with your phone number and we will call you back.
