Deliveries are only made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays. No deliveries Mondays, weekends, bank holidays or the day after a bank holiday. It may arrive later in the day, so consider ordering for the day before a birthday or anniversary. We do not guarantee delivery dates but will endeavour to deliver on the day you have requested in the delivery date request box. If you do request a delivery date that we do not offer a service on, we will not contact you but will send it out earlier. Free delivery all across mainland Britain by DPD next day service - which covers most areas. When dispatched tracking information will be automatically sent to your email, with expected delivery day and time. It is your responsibility to manage the delivery process, and inform the recipient when it is due to arrive, or nominate a safe place using the DPD app. If you do not make contact with DPD and there is no one in, they will leave the parcel on the front door step.
If there are issues with your delivery
step 1 contact DPD via their app and gain their feedback - this needs to be completed immediately.
step 2 send this DPD feedback WITH your Daffodil Foods order number to firstname.lastname@example.org so that this can be escalated with DPD. Do not telephone. It needs to be in writing for DPD to investigate.
In order for us to deal with your enquries efficiently, please do not phone with delivery enquiries, but please contact us via email on email@example.com with your 5 digit order number to allow us to respond to your enquiry effectively and in writing. To help us keep costs down and provide you with value for money, please only contact us with urgent enquires, rather than minor amendments. For next day delivery (Tue to Sat), please order from the Amazon website before 1pm.
