Timperley Rhubarb often called ‘Timperley Early’ is a seasonal vegetable. Yes, rhubarb is rather unique as it is a vegetable that’s most often used in desserts (or yogurts in this instance). The first rhubarb of the year is harvested by candlelight in forcing sheds where all other light is excluded – a practice that produces sweeter, more tender stems.

    Cultured with Bifidobacterium.
