Winner of Welsh Hamper

Our worthy winner of the Welsh Food Hamper was nominated by her proud mother, Irene Burrows. Jo Rice works in the pre op assessment ward of Wales’ biggest hospital, UHW. Like all nurses she has been busy dealing with patients all through the lockdown as well as looking after her children with the support of her husband Gareth.
